Introduction
I’m here to support you on your healing journey.
Sound therapy is growing in leaps and bounds as more people experience its benefits. Some people just love how high they feel after a sound session. But some other people have experienced being lifted out of depression, anxiety, stress, physical pain and a feeling of disconnection from Spirit and from other people. You might experience pure bliss, wholeness, feeling grounded, feeling more connected to others, more connected to the Spirit realm and connected to your higher consciousness.
It was the pure bliss I felt after the first few Sound Baths I experienced that led me to wanting to be a Sound Practitioner. But the more I work with these beautiful sound instruments, the more I notice that I’m not as reactive as I used to be. Instead, I feel so much more empowered and no longer feel like a dry leaf tossed about by the wind.
I had early childhood trauma that left me feeling totally out of control of my life. Most of my life I felt like a victim of circumstance. I cried a lot.
Now-a-days, what I feel most is gratitude. Life has gotten really good and I attribute that to the healing power of the sound instruments. They have calmed my nervous system a great deal.
Sound Healing also supports physical healing. It has been scientifically proven that listening to beautiful music and sounds, support the growth of new red blood cells and regenerate dying ones. Red blood cells carry nutrients and oxygen to the areas of your body that need them. Oxygen is what gives you energy. So having more healthy red blood cells is beneficial to everyone.
